ArraySL-4-30035-CER
The Array4SL incorporates a 4 x 4 matrix of 8.12 mm2 sensitive area SL family SPM detectors optimized for the 420nm~700nm spectral range. Each SPM is mounted with a pixel pitch of 3.37mm. This matrix is supported by a four side scalable, nonmagnetic ceramic package with a 15.81 x 15.31 mm2 footprint.

Array4-EVB-PreAmp
The ArraySL-4 can be ordered with the option of a 16-channel preamplifier board (Array4-EVB-PreAmp) that provides differential voltage outputs for each of the pixels in the array. The preamplifiers are implemented using Analog Device’s AD8132 chips.
This product works with the Array4-EVB-PixOut (Sold Separately).

Array4-EVB-PixOut
An additional option available for the ArraySL-4 is the evaluation board (Array4-EVB-PixOut). It connects to the preamplifier described above via the 80-way board-to-board connector then makes the output signals available via SMA connectors for fast and easy evaluation, e.g. via osciloscope. It has the additional benefit of being able to extract either a single, summed signal or all of the 16 pixel signals individually. In this way, the evaluation board allows the ArraySL-4 to function as either a single channel or multi-pixel device respectively. There is on board regulation to provide the +/-3.3V and +36V for the preamplifier board power and bias.

MatrixSL-9-30035
3x3 matrix of Ceramic ArraySL-4's supplied with Cross-Wire Readout control electronics contained in an Aluminum housing.
Matrix9 provides a fully solid-state, four-side scalable detector for the readout of L(Y)SO scintillator arrays. It integrates all the electronics required to localize, time stamp and discriminate scintillation events.
Digitized event data comprising time, location and energy are sent to the host system via high speed USB interface.
The Matrix-EVB-16 is required for reading out between 1 and 16 Matrix 9 detector heads. This is a separate purchase.

Matrix-EVB-16
The Matrix9 Coincidence Board (Matrix-EVB-16) supports up to 16 Matrix9 modules. It provides a common clock, retrieves and buffers event data, performs temporal coincidence analysis for events from different detector heads and interfaces with the host computer through a high speed USB connection.
A single Matrix-EVB-16 can support between 1 and 16 MatrixSL-9-30035 detector units.

The SensL MiniSL includes a MicroSL-30035-X08 SPM with a transimpedance pre-amplifier, a Peltier cooler driver circuit to enable cooling and integrated power supply as standard. A variety of add-on options to enhance functionality are provided, including C-mount (male) adapter and a fiber coupler (adapter and fiber cable included). The SPM detector is mounted on a single stage Peltier cooler and housed in a hermetically sealed TO8 can. This allows greater performance over room temperature operation as the dark rate is reduced by over an order of magnitude.
