Senior Design Engineer - Project Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
SensL is recruiting a Senior Design Engineer - Project Manager to work with its highly skilled design team in Cork. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and the execution of research projects from the EU Framework 7 and European Space Agency (ESA). A background in electronic or optoelectronic packaging is required for this position. This opportunity is for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to work in a exciting and dynamic environment.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Electronics background working with analog and digital circuitry

Technical background in electronic or optoelectronic packaging desired

Proven track record in managing large programs to completion

Ability to work across a wide range of technical areas

Strong interpersonal and team skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Desire and ability to learn new areas and tasks rapidly and to work in a changing dynamic environment

Masters/Doctorate or similar level in science, engineering, physics or similar degree. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in research and development with a history of successful project management.
